Neglecting to ensure a swimming pool is regularly serviced will inevitably lead to major problems and be expensive to correct. In the same way that car and boiler servicing is now seen by many as standard procedure, our tailored Service Agreements will save you time, money and inconvenience.
While commercial pools are typically serviced every six months, we also offer quarterly servicing procedures and flexible routine visit frequencies to suit individual site needs.

- Administering a range of chemical dosing and disinfection solutions.
- Comprehensive reviews of plant equipment, detailing condition, performance and estimated replacement costs.
- Swimming pool leak detection: Systematic testing and investigation to identify and pinpoint leaks in pool structures and pipework.
- Flow rate testing: Measurement of swimming pool circulation rates to ensure compliance with PWTAG guidelines.
- Sauna and steam room servicing: Planned servicing and maintenance of sauna and steam room systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Breakdown
Systems can malfunction at unexpected times, which are invariably inconvenient! Our call-out facility is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a two hour response time. We will diagnose and treat your problem speedily, and also offer this peace-of-mind as an option within our Service Agreements.
Visits
We can visit for special ‘one-off’ inspections, perhaps before a big event, such as a competition or party. Other necessary but infrequent actions (e.g. changing the filtration media) are also catered for.
Installations
Our installation services include replacing pumps, dosing equipment, and all necessary ancillary parts to ensure reliable pool operation. We also provide plant room piping redesigns, improving system efficiency and functionality while making the best use of available space.
Pool Tech Services are manufacturer-approved installers of specialist pool products, with engineers trained and certified by leading brands.

Audits
